Downwinders
Downwinders are a core part of Kite Week.
Riding from one point to another allows everything to connect wind, distance, flow and confidence. Often at sunset, always adapted to the group and fully supported.
For many riders, this becomes the highlight of the week.
The Spots
The coastline of Ceará offers an exceptional diversity of riding environments.
Flat-water lagoons provide ideal learning conditions, while the open ocean delivers endless riding along wide beaches.
During the week riders also explore different spots and experience downwinders along the coastline.
The consistent wind of Northeast Brazil allows guests to ride every day.
A day at THKC
Mornings begin slowly in Guajirú. Before breakfast, the village wakes as fishermen prepare their jangadas and head out to sea. The day starts with mobility training or yoga, preparing the body for riding.
After breakfast, riders gather for coaching conversations where goals and conditions are discussed before heading to the water.
Afternoons often include exploring different spots along the coast, lagoon sessions or small downwinders.
Evenings return to the villa for sunset, shared dinners and relaxed moments.

Rest and Recover
After long days on the water, the villa becomes a place to slow down.
Sunsets over the ocean, shared dinners, conversations that extend into the evening and the quiet rhythm of life in Guajirú.
Recovery is part of the experience — allowing riders to return to the water each day refreshed and ready.
Where you rest & recover
During Kite Week, guests stay in a carefully selected beachfront villa, designed to support the rhythm of active days and relaxed evenings.
The atmosphere is calm, comfortable and social — with shared spaces to gather, unwind and enjoy time together between sessions.
— Beachfront location
— 15 rooms
— Double occupancy as standard
— Calm, refined and relaxed atmosphere

In Between
Between lessons and coaching on the water, riders return to the villa to slow down.
Lunch by the pool, ocean views and space for intimacy and recover before the next session.
